START HEREStudy in the Real World
No two students learn the same way — and most have never been shown why that's a strength. Study in the Real World maps the full spectrum live: AI Assistants, Memory Tools, Scheduling, Exam Prep, and Focus & Wellbeing. Every branch, every student, one session. They leave with a toolkit they'll actually use.
Standalone summer & transition event
Team Building & Fun Day
Book this on its own — no gateway session required. Team games, improv, a lively quiz, and a presenter-guided ethical AI creative block. Built for names, laughter, and belonging before the year gets serious.
What schools say
This is brilliant. I have never seen anything like it — I think the systems shown could put personal tutors out of a job.
I just wish there was something like this when I was at school.
Gareth's energy and engagement with the students was by far the most effective presentation that I have seen in a training session.
What makes Fflam different
Performance training
Gareth graduated from Rose Bruford College with First Class Honours and has screen credits across S4C, Apple TV and ITVx. Fflam presenters perform — and in a hall of 100 students, that's the difference between a session they forget and one they talk about on the way home.
Built on evidence
Every workshop is grounded in real learning science: retrieval practice, spaced repetition, metacognition and wellbeing. Fflam is not motivational noise — it is behaviour change that lasts.
Bilingual from the start
Gareth is a native Welsh speaker from Cardigan (Aberteifi). Fflam's bilingual delivery is not a translation layer — it is a first-language choice, designed in both languages from the ground up.
Meet Gareth
Gareth Milton Griffiths has been delivering educational workshops to secondary schools across Wales since 2013. A decade in Welsh classrooms. A First Class acting degree. The technical background of someone who builds AI natively in Welsh. Fflam is where all three meet.
Typical path
How schools use Fflam
Every school starts with Study in the Real World — one session that maps the full picture: AI, memory, planning, exams, wellbeing and goals. Up to 100 students per session, with two cohorts available on the same day. From there, schools book specialist workshops to go deeper on what matters most: Digital Learning, Remember Everything, Get Organised, Exam Ready, Mind & Body, and Goals & Careers. Looking for something for staff or a whole-school event? Team Building & Fun Day is available as a standalone booking — no prior session needed. The programme pathway shows how it all connects, with timing, year groups and examples ready to take to SLT.
