Agreement
These terms govern your use of fflam.wales. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Services
The site describes Fflam’s workshop offers. A binding agreement for delivery is formed only when confirmed in writing (including email) between Fflam and your school or organisation, including agreed fees, dates, and scope.
Accuracy
We aim to keep site content accurate but do not guarantee that every description is error-free. Workshop details on factsheets or in emails prevail over general marketing copy if they differ.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site (e.g. attempt to break security, scrape in a way that harms service, or submit unlawful or harmful content). We may suspend access where necessary.
Intellectual property
Content on this site (text, branding, design) is owned by Fflam or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without consent, except as allowed by law.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fflam is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
