Study in the Real World
No two students learn the same way — and most have never been shown why that's a strength. Study in the Real World maps the full spectrum live: AI Assistants, Memory Tools, Scheduling, Exam Prep, and Focus & Wellbeing. Every branch, every student, one session. They leave with a toolkit they'll actually use.
Digital Learning
Digital Learning shows students how to use AI as a study partner with purpose, integrity and independence. It focuses on better thinking, stronger revision and higher quality outcomes.
Remember Everything
Remember Everything equips students with proven memory science they can use in every subject. The session focuses on retrieval, spacing and deliberate review strategies that build long-term recall.
Get Organised
Get Organised helps students move from overwhelmed to in control. It gives them practical systems for planning workload, managing deadlines and turning good intentions into consistent action.
Exam Ready
Exam Ready gives students the tools and routines to perform under pressure. It connects revision quality, question technique and exam-day strategy into one practical system.
Mind & Body
Mind & Body helps students manage pressure, protect focus and sustain healthy performance. It combines practical wellbeing habits with realistic study-life routines.
Goals & Careers
Goals & Careers helps students set meaningful goals, map next steps and — for older cohorts — think in career terms without the jargon. The session blends paper-first goal mapping with honest conversation about pathways, choices and motivation. Schools can optionally extend the work with Athro Goals and Athro Careers for structured follow-up online.
Digital Confidence for Teachers
We have all heard that AI can support teachers — this session is about how, calmly and professionally. It introduces fresh digital techniques where you remain in control: clear prompts, sensible checks, and habits that fit real classrooms. No hype, no replacement talk — just practical confidence you can use the next day.
Team Building & Fun Day
A high-energy 4-hour day for new year groups, Year 6 transition, or summer starters. Games, improv, quiz, and a guided ethical AI creative block.
Evidence-based. Experience-built. Delivered in both languages.
